We use only the highest quality, organic ingredients in our products, sourcing them from all over the world. Our chocolate comes from Belgium, our vanilla from Madagascar, and our fruit is always organic. Everything is made in our kitchen, completely from scratch and with love

Vanilla Bean cake

Our signature soft and fluffy vanilla cake, studded with delicious vanilla bean specs. This is a flavorful, moist and delicious cake everyone loves

Chocolate cake

Our chocolate cake is made with high quality Dutch-process cocoa powder, resulting in a moist and delicate crumb with a bittersweet character and fudge-like flavor. It's one of our best-selling flavors for good reason!

Coconut Cake

This cake has a soft crumb and delicate coconut flavor that is fresh and delicious. The coconut flavor is subtle but present in every bite, and it's one of my favorite cakes.

Biscoff Cake

A delicious homemade biscoff spread is beaten into the batter creating this delicate and addictive cake. A must try.

Brown Sugar Carrot cake

One of the softest crumb cake ever, made with real pistachios, creating a soft green crumb that melts in your mouth!

Raspberry Chocolate Chip Layer Cake*

This cake has a soft crumb studded with raspberries and chocolate chips. It's absolutely delicious and it's so soft, you'll love the texture.

Our Buttercreams

Vanilla Bean Buttercream

We use Swiss Meringue buttercream, which is the base of all of our buttercreams. Just like our vanilla bean cake, our vanilla buttercream is flavored with real vanilla and is silky smooth. 

Maple Vanilla Bean Buttercream

Our classic swiss meringue vanilla bean buttercream but with a twist of maple syrup, making it refined sugar free buttercream.

Strawberry buttercream

We use organic strawberries to create a compote full of flavor and just the right amount of sweetness and tartness to it

Chocolate Ganache buttercream

This is a delicate chocolate buttercream. We start with a deep ganache that we later add to our buttercream to create this silky smooth chocolate buttercream.

Coffee buttercream

Our coffee-flavored buttercream is made with high-quality, freshly brewed coffee for a rich, delicious flavor.

Earl Grey buttercream

Our earl grey latte is made with copious amounts of loose-leaf tea leaves steeped in milk, resulting in a very strong flavor. This latte is then whipped with our Swiss Meringue buttercream, creating a delicious and popular cake flavor.

Fresh Lemon buttercream

Our Swiss Meringue buttercream is made with fresh, organic lemons and a touch of sugar to create a tart and sweet lemon buttercream.

Cinnamon Cream Cheese frosting

Our cinnamon cream cheese frosting is a perfect balance of tart and sweet, with specks of cinnamon throughout. It's the perfect complement to our Brown Sugar Carrot Cake.

.Classic swiss meringue buttercream with coconut sugar. It adds a delicious and subtle flavor that is almost addictive!

Organic berry compote

Our berry compote is made with organic berries, sugar, and water. It's cooked to the perfect concentration and packed with berry flavor. It's not too sweet, and it's the perfecr filling for almost any cake

Lemon Curd

Tart Lemon Juice is blended with real yolks, sugar, and butter to create a luscious and smooth Lemon curd. 

Salted Praline Crunch

This one's for the salty and sweet lovers! Our Salted Praline Crunch is a delicious mix of crispy, crunchy caramel-coated cereal with pecans sprinkled throughout.

Organic strawberry compote

Just like our berry compote, our strawberry compote is made in-house with organic strawberries and sugar to the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Salted Caramel

Real sugar, cream, and butter are whisked to create this smooth and salty caramel.

Brigadeiro

A typical Brazilian dessert made of a blend of chocolate and condensed milk, creates this mouthwatering and delicious dessert that we adapted as one of the most luxurious filings ever

Dulce de Leche Syrup

Our signature (and secret!) recipe creates a light and sophisticated syrup that is added between the layers of cake. This addition is both sweet and delicious, adding amazing depth to the flavors it's paired with. Please note that this contains alcohol.

Chocolate Ganache

Belgium dark or white chocolate ganache is used to add a thin coating between the layers of the cake. It adds a irresistible chocolate flavor
